- Unless

this property is restricted against future dairy
operations, commercial confined poultry or swine operations.
- All
lots subject to utility easements as recorded on the plat and

required. No fee may be collected by any landowner in exchange
for future utility easement. There is a twenty foot utility
easement along the northern side of the McQueary Road

- Developed

- Minimum
building setback to be thirty (30) feet on the front lot lines
