Terms

REAL ESTATE: A Non-Refundable 10% deposit to be made to Golden Rule-Wilson Real Estate & Auction #2, LLC Escrow within 48 hours of auction close via cashier’s check, personal check, wire transfer; and balance due with deed on or before 30 days from auction date. A ten percent (10%) buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid to determine the final sales price. Buyer is to pay 2021 Taxes (Estimated Approximately $915 for tax year 2021). Property to be transferred with a good insurable General Warranty Deed. Purchaser is responsible for own title search if desired. For Clarification: KY Sales Tax does NOT apply to house / real estate.

PERSONAL PROPERTY: YOU MAY PAY BY PHONE OR AT PICKUP.  Accepted methods of payment are cash, cashier's check or local personal/business check (Must have I.D), OR Visa, MasterCard or Discover with a 3% processing fee in person (minimum processing fee of $3).   Personal and business checks will be verified for sufficient funds before items are removed from the auction site.   All purchases that have not been paid by Friday, April 30th at 6 P.M. CDT will automatically be charged to the credit card used at registration, with a 4% processing fee (minimum processing fee of $3.  

GUN TERMS:   YOU MUST BE A KY RESIDENT TO PURCHASE A GUN.  21 years of age or older on hand guns.  18 years of age or older on long guns.  No felons.  Gun paperwork will be handled by Lake Country Outdoors with an additional $20 per gun transfer fee paid by buyer.
